fashion dude.
we have started wearing socks around here as the temps dip finally!! i particularly love this outfit - you got your pants a little wet during a change so we just went without :)
weather changes.
the weather changes here this week have been AMAZING. cold, rainy, wet weather is my fave. this year, i love having a sweet little baby to share it with - snuggles on the couch with blankies & hoodies are the best.
and who doesn't love a great pair of footies!?
dedication.
on september 23, we dedicated brady during our church service. pastor reza shared some really neat things with us, and we committed to raising B in our faith. it was a special morning for us! we are so grateful for this little peanut in our lives.
we shared the morning with our close friends & family - such a sweet community that we have here. it was awesome that uncle charlie & his buddies who we love also were able to be in town for it.
turtle lips.
brady, you are still mama's little snapping turtle with your lower lip tucked in. please don't ever stop doing this - it makes us laugh so much. you are the cutest thing ever.
playing for reals.
little man has really started interacting with his toys on the playmat! he loves to look at them, talk to them and has started grabbing everything. sometimes he even manages to make it to his mouth with something, a very exciting feat for this sweet boy.
uncle charlie.
uncle charlie came for a visit last week! first time in colorado since the peanut was born. i think he had a great time lounging with him...they watched some football, took naps on the couch, and watched late night movies together. a little boys dream :)
we also took B up to estes park with the boys one day and he loved the scenery as you can tell below. it was chilly up in the mountains that day, a welcome reprieve from our too-hot fall down in fort collins. we loved wearing jackets & hoodies.

meeting henry.
last weekend we went to santa barbara with jeff & brandi, and of course met up with the eddys! we got to introduce our boys for the first time, henry is just a few months older than brady. i hope they grow up being BFF's on adventures all over the world as we LOVE to travel with jim & amy!!
sidenote - brady's first time in the jumpy. he LOVED it and we went straight home and ordered him one too:)
